    Thank you for the quick reply,our latest firmware is 1.6.2.10 updated with app.

    See the clip attached near the end it twitches this is a huge problem!Most of the units do this if not all of them.

     

    I removed the gimbal and did the recalibration like you said,i will see if it works better today and let you know.

    Hello,

    Last week my Drone (controller display)  ask me to perform a firmware upgrade, so I went online an download the latest firmware version (Inspire 1 Firmware v01.10.01.40 (X3)) and went through the Aircraft upgrading process as indicated. When I tried to upgrade the Controller by the DJI Go App, an error message appear :


    "CURRENT REMOTE CONTROLLER NOT SUPPORT DJI GO FIRMWARE UPDATE. DOWNLOAD FIRMWARE v1.3.0.00 BY USING A USB AT: http://www.dji.com/product/inspire-1/download/    "


    The current version of the firmware’s are:

    Aircraft: 1.10.01.40

    Remote controller : 1.2.0.17+

    In many DJI Inspire forums they say that because of this old version of the firmware (1.2.0.17) i will never be able to do the upgrade using the DJI GO app

    After  i downloaded the .BIN file on the micro SD card and inserted it in the Controller USB port, and turn it on, absolutely nothing happen (in other words, no upgrade is occurring)

    As you can imaging, the aircraft and the controller is not communicating to each other.

    Can I get the Firmware v1.3.0.00 so I can upgrade my controller firmware.

    where can i get my drone repaired in Hong Kong. I cant seem to get any answers from DJI support. Very frustrating !

    I have tried to purchase DJI Care on line but every time I enter the Aircraft S/N it tells me it is incorrect. I called for assistance and still wasn't able to get it to work so he suggested I sent an email with the information to get further assistance in my purchase of DJI Care. Thank you in advance for your help.

    I can't seem to register in the online repair request for my mavic pro. Whenever i click my location, it says the selection is not available. Is there any way i could get the product repair form so i could send back my drone?

    My OSMO has a problem. It doesn´t work. It put on well but the control doesn´t responde 
     
    The OSMO is new.

    For some reason i cant bind my iphone 5 to the camera on my Phantom vision 2 every time i try to bind my camera my phone say no internet connection then it changes to saying security recommendation .I tried 10 different ways it will not connect the light turns green for a moment then goes right back to blue my phone company fairpoint im about ready to sell the thing it took me 6 months to save up and buy this thing and i cant get the camera to pair with my phone .after ordering all kinds of extras for my dji and i cant get it to work right BOO HOO is me Can some body please HELP me any good info anything to get it working Thank you Country Boy .

    Hi , I crashed my mavic pro quite fast against a wall sideways. The camera broke and haven't been able to get any camera view since. How can I get it fixed? Thank you, Tom

    I have the new spark - I cannot calibrate the compass - when connected via the mobile to the controller to the spark it asks me to calibrate the compass by pressing start on the menu - nothing happens - nothing happens - please help have had this drone 2 days and not even been able to turn the bloody thing on

    Hi DJI team.

    I just bought my Phantom 4 about 4x days ago and I still haven't used it due to issue on gimbal camera. I'm using DJI GO app and aircraft is connecting but not the camera live view, I cannot get the live view feed thru to my mobile device. Already updated the firmware too but It seems the camera is faulty. Please help if there is fix for this.

    Hello. Im having a problem with my P4P , I was upgrading firmware and even though I had more than half charge on both controller and battery, the update didn't finish in time. Now I cant fly because I get no signal on my remote. I tried to get dji assistant downloaded but instead ended up with dji assisnt 2 for the p2. I cant fly, I cant figure out how to fix it. im getting highly annoyed. I don't understand why
