    Mi Drone también cayó, seguí todas las instrucciones del manual, pedí la garantía y lo mandaron directo a reparar, me enviaron la cotización, me quejé y aparte me regañaron porque según ellos no pregunte por el malfuncionamiento del DRONE, y claro que pregunté y primero me dijeron que lo iban a analizar y nada, hasta que me quejé lo enviaron a revisar, de todas maneras me cobraron la reparación, envié varios mensajes quejandome de la lista de cosas del presupuesto, entre las cuales estaban las antenas del control reomoto, porque si el drone se cayó por mal funcionamiento de las antenas, entonces aplica garantía, pero ellos dijeron como resultado del análisis que fue mi culpa. Y los tres requerimientos que mande pidiendo las fotos de las cosas del presupuesto no las respondieron, sin pena y de forma ventajosa les pusieron queja resulta y ya. EL PEOR SERVICIO QUE HE RECIBIDO.

    Dji is way to hard to deal with. I have 3 hrs on my 3 pro and no camera feed to my iPad. Gimble & camera are 350$ new one now is 600$ think I'll build one and get away from these regulated cheep shit drone people.

    El más malo de los servicios, a mí nunca me dieron respuesta a mis solicitudes, les importa un pepino los eventos posteriores a las ventas de sus productos, nunca dan la cara...

    My Mavic Pro IMU Couldn't Calibrate at all, I tried reinstalling firmware and updating the Software for my drone and Controller, but still problem exits. The "ACC1 & GYR01 IS working but not the ACC0 & GYR00" Please Help me solve this.. Thanks

    so it's real, customer service especially shipping and deliveries are really poor. Although DJI has very strong product but it will again follow the same path of other companies who have failed in the past because of a disgusting customer service. 

    I have ordered by DJI Mobile two weeks ago and until now never heard from DJI as I am already going for a family trip to Japan next week.

    Dji is trying.to.ripe off for the second time. Almost.3.months now. 2 returns.sabotage. racial remarks. Lying. And.no communication. I was suckered into sending the drone in for the second time after falsified invoices were sent trying to defraud.me. they actually did the same thing again today. I w a told they were going to take as long as they possibly could. They threw screws in my drone box. I documented it and sent pics and videos to Mindy on the forum. Get this over with before the court date. Please and thank you. Jerry.
