    Our drone has been broken since 24/08/2016 and we have requested a shipping document to return the drone for repair
    Why is your customer support so poor !!
    We paid for the dji care extra plan for 1 year
    I have made various phone calls and been promised on too many occasions my next solution is to take legal action!!!

    My Phantom flew for a total of one hour.For whay ever reason it chose to commit suicide.Purchased this Bird 1Aug16.It is taking some time getting on the same page,i am holding faith in DJI.Patience is not a virtue of mine.So i am sure i just confuse the matter by too many calls or emails.This people have a job to do and probably would if we would give them the time and respect to do so.Oohra!

    I installed the DJI GO App on my phone.

    It wants to connect to the OSMO WiFi - which works.

    Then when it wants to Activate it needs me to change to the network WiFi, which I do, but every time I press [Activate] I get the same message, basically:  You need to connect to the Internet WiFi.  

    SO, I can't do anything!

    Is there a way to use the GO App (without this activation)? 

    OR 

    How does one fix this problem?

    My Phantom 2 Vision Plus just crashed into a lake after all control was lost and the RTH was activated. I've flown it multiple times without problems and always followed the pre flight checklist. I know that it's out of warranty, but I have found lots of users with the same issue on this drone. I asked customer service for help and they escalated a case. After reading all of your complaints, I'm extremely worried that they won't help me at all. It has come to the point that I might do a small claims case to try and recoup my 1500.00 for their faulty product that they don't seem to stand behind. Has anyone considered doing the same? If they don't make this right, I'm done with DJI.

    Can anyone use the focus properly on a Osmo +??????

    My videos are useless and pathetic.

    DJI will not explain the focusing methods and there is no instructions in their manual.

    Is anyone else having problems?

    Good day just want to ask because i have a Dji Phantom 2 drone and i have some problems with this about the motor because when i control it to move up it wont go up it seems that the motor is on low power that it cannot fly but if i control it to move side it will move on the side the way it should be. Thanks for reading and responding to my Problems.

    My brand new phantom 4 fell from the sky on its 9th flight with 26% battery remaining and 24m from landing. Completely demolished at my feet !! All checks done a per usual, great conditions etc - simply complete mechanical/electrical failure. I keep getting asked to provide my details which I have now done three times. I just want my drone replaced with one that works. $1,500 is too much to walk away from!

    I have a professional 3 drone that I used once for maybe about an hour back it up check the footage everything was fine went to use it again now I can't get a signal I spent over $1,700 for the system and now I can't get a signal where do I find help to rectify the situation because I won't recommend this system to no one else because I don't want to look like an a******

    My phantom 2 vision plus dropped from the sky, I was flying it with 48% battery and I've never had an issue with it before. At roughly 30 meters airborne all lights went red for a second then they all turned off and total power failure and it fell from the sky.... What options have I got as this shouldn't of happened and it's not a cheap piece of equipment?

    I wanted to point out that I have just been taken care of by the service DJI support LN and I must say that I am absolutely satisfied for the moment of this service. I suffered a damage on my MAVIC PRO on a linking problem. I contacted the support and they were very responsive. I received a voucher for returning the hardware to the repair station by UPS. He left this morning. I would give you news about what happened next. For the moment the service is at the top.
    Thanks for the DJI service.

    Il mio drone phantom 3 advaced e andato disperso il GPS e andato in tilt e nella fase di rientro alla home a preso la direzione opposta andando alla deriva e ora non so come ritrovarlo perché nella traccia il telecomando perde il segnale prima dell'arrivo a destinazione (non programmata) e non so come fare 

    Non è che voi riuscite a darmi un indicazione e tramite un segnale gps per il recupero ?

    I have a Phantom 3 Professional that a photographer purchased to use in the DC area. He didn't realize that it would not fly in the NO-FLY Zone. The family purchased it for $1500 with two extra batteries, and a really nice case that cost $300.and was given to me as a gift.I have flown this drone about 15 times and I am very happy with it. I updated the software and now the drone will not start. I have been trying hard to get this drone shipped to DJI but they keep asking a tone of questions instead of providing me with a repair quest number so that I can ship it to them. I am finding it hard to believe that a company that has become well known in the United States is not standing behind there product. This is very disturbing.

    Fly Safe,

    I down loaded a new firmware for my Phantom 3 pro and now I am denied access to fly in my location. 

      Somehow you have expanded the uncontrolled air space around my local airport to include my property. Though I live nearby, I am not under its air space on your map. I hold a single engine  private pilots license and owned a plane for more than twenty years and know how to get in to and around uncontrolled air space. I now hold a UAS certificate # FA37RKLA9 issued 12/21/2015 and now I can not fly my UAV on my own property that I flew on the day before near an air space I could land my plane at with out any radio communication at all. 

      I live on Block Island of the coast of Rhode Island and use the UAV to take photographs for my girl friends real estate listings. The island is only seven miles by three miles so if your going to restrict the air space you are going to render my drone unless. The safe and responsible operation of an aircraft has always been in the hands of the pilot and not the FAA or a software developer. If you want to write software to make it easier to fly or take a better picture, have at it, but if you are going to write software to restrict me from operating in uncontrolled air space, you can buy it back from me.

    I had my phantom 3 pro for one month and the dji app went blank on me , I hit the home button and found it crashed,they want dang near as much to fix as a new one cost on sale and now I hear they are not making the phantom 3 pro anymore,, been e-mailing them for a month, hope I  get some kind of answer soon, they said it was pilot error,, anyone else having this problem

    Hello I have A Phantom 3 Advance
    I lose one of de carbon propelliers at flight and I crash my drone at the jungle in Colombia.
    Warning!!I do not recomend the carbon propelliers

    Greetings all, I just got my mavic pro about 5 days ago and I have not yet had this bird in the sky. I live in northeast Ohio and it's about 20* outside I am going to wait until mid March to fly it. In the meantime I will read up on all the info.(safety first) I tried to get the care package but dji refused me because it has been over 48 hours since I sinked it up. I had no idea about that 48hour window. The info that I received from dji to get the care package is complicated at this time A: it's flipping cold outside and B: Idont no how to do some of the maneuvers  they ask of me at this time. Flying is the easy part. I have been flying rc helicopters for over 7 years and thought it would be cool to have a camera in the sky. Has anyone els had this dilemma?

    Just  received some new information from DJI. Apparently they gave me the information for a different aircraft other than the Mavic pro,and the instructional video. Apparently you have to have a YouTube account in order to send it to DJI for review  I do not have a YouTube account.  My question is  what now? Than you Arthur Emser

     This is getting crazy complicated  and all I want to do is get the DJI care before I put the bird in the sky. Keyword bird has not been in the sky yet.  It's brand-new. HELP!!

    I have an erratic compass error that will occur after/during flight. I have asked where to send my p3p for repair. I was advised by technical support to perform a compass calibration. Of course I performed this many times before contacting DJI support for help. I'm certain that most phantom owners are very proficient at the compass calibration procedure and would attempt this first. I need my drone repaired.

    I have tried to purchase DJI Care on line but every time I enter the Aircraft S/N it tells me it is incorrect. I called for assistance and still wasn't able to get it to work so he suggested I sent an email with the information to get further assistance in my purchase of DJI Care. Thank you in advance for your help.

    I purchased not one, not two, but eight phantom for drone this within a two month period that. Was between December and January during all of the firmware updates. DJI plans after becoming an affiliate event that my cost to repair

    My phantom 4pro+ has got a fault with the app on the built in screen and keeps crashing every time I press on album, very frustrating and not helpful, the update did not sort it out, what do I do now ? Tried ringing every number I can find for dji have emailed yet I don't seem to get any real answer, I paid for dji care plus and yet I can't get anyone to help.... where is the customer support we pay for ??
